Anthony Villa - Region 1 and Region 4
Anthony has been with the Orange County Superior Court for approximately 17 years and has experience in Criminal/Traffic Clerk’s Office and Courtroom, as well as Juvenile/Family Law. He has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, and a Master of Public Administration. He has been a member of CCA for 7 years, and was a member of the DMV/State Liaison Committee for several years where he now serves as the Chair. He completed the CCA’s first Leadership Certificate Program and is currently working on completing the second leadership program.

Lizette Sweezer - Region 3 and Region 6
My name is Lizette Sweezer Morris and I have been employed with the Sacramento Superior Court for 30 years primarily in the Criminal and Family Law divisions. I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and have been a member and director of the California Court Association for the past 15 years. I have obtained valuable trainings and gained lifelong relationships through my involvement in the association and I look forward to serving the members as a Regional Director.

Diana Ramirez - Region 2 and Region 5
My name is Diana Ramirez. I have been employed with the Superior Court for 17 years and have been a CCA member from day one. The CCA has assisted me in growing my knowledge and confidence to become a valuable Court employee.

Angelica Quintero - Region 2 and Region 5
My name is Angelica Quintero. I have been employed with the Kern County Superior Court for 17 years. I have been a member of the California Courts Association (CCA) since then, but became an active member for about 2 years now. I currently hold the Criminal Chair Publications and am mentoring to become a Regional Director. I have gained many valuable and lifetime skills through the offered CCA trainings.
